Great, personalized service. Got a design preview of my bracelet before it was produced, which gave me confidence in the end result. More than happy with my new tennis bracelet.

At first I was a little worried because there wasn’t a ton of reviews that I had seen on them but they showed us the process step by step and to be honest I almost thought it was just a standard video that they sent to everyone but it actually was the diamond that they showed and my fiancée loves it a lot. Exactly as described so I’d give it a 5 star just because my other half said yes and she absolutely loves it

Exceptional service, with very open lines of communication along the design and production process. They doubled check at every step with our desires and understanding of what was happening and what each subsequent step would be. Very good design advice and an impeccable final product. Thanks Ouros team!
