The costumer service was the best. I had some difficult questions and was very hesitant the rings would arrive to late, but the personal contact with the employees was very helpful. They answered always very politely and were very clear about everything. They gave a lot of details through the process and asked questions so I didn't mistakenly had the wrong size or shape. Do not purchase from them. They delivered an incorrect item, had me send it back and promised to redo it correctly. It has now been several more weeks and they refuse to do it as promised and will not refund my money either.

Total ripoff, it took long time to receive my purchase and when I received it, it was totally different than what we communicated and with what I purchased . Please don’t waste your money on online shopping product with this company. It is no guarantee that you will be satisfied with your purchase

I truly want to warn anyone whom might be pulled in by the price for these rings. The process was honestly very good communication etc. the nightmare began when the ring shipped. Since it was sent uninsured I could not track it when it was misdirected only to find it and see that the company shipped my diamond platinum eternity wedding band in a BAG and marked it as $25 costume jewelry and swore to it to avoid customs/import fees! This was completely fraudulent and should the ring have been lost I’d be without any recourse! The ring itself is poorly made with the platinum so thin the prongs are barely there and so sharp they tore my dress! It’s now at a jeweler to be completely remade. I’m out additional money and all I got from this company was “sorry for your experience” I’m heartbroken this beautiful experience was a complete sham I’d never ever recommend this to anyone.

I ordered a one carat marquise cut lab diamond pinky ring set in sterling silver and I adore it so much. My only regret is that I didn't get it set in 14K white gold! The ring itself exceeded my expectations. The stone is sparkling, flawless, beautiful shape, with no visible bowtie & the setting seems sturdy. It was very affordable and the beauty is wonderful for the price. I'm beyond satisfied with my purchase. The customer service was exceptional. I heard back immediately with my request for special sizing and at every step of the way I was informed with all the details, videos, tracking links, and everything arrived super fast within less than a month. I would definitely shop Ouros again! Thank you
