My heart-shaped diamond earrings from Ouros Jewels are a perfect fit. The diamonds are brilliant, and the three-prong settings and screw-backs feel secure and well-made. Despite the journey from India, the delivery took just over a month, which is reasonable given the custom production. Ouros Jewels kept me informed at every stage, though it would have been helpful to know the estimated delivery timeframe upfront. Overall, I'm delighted with this purchase and would buy from them again. Their jewelry is well-made and has a classic design.

Working with Ouros was extremely easy. From the moment I placed the order, communication was instant. I worked with Vijay and I was updated every step of the way. CAD drawing were shared and I received the bracelet with the exact same specs as the drawing. I also received a video of the final product. The bracelet is absolutely beautiful and it made someone very happy. I can honestly say that Ouros will be my preferred jeweler from this point forward. I will be purchasing Xmas gifts from them very soon. Thank you OUROS team!
