Do not purchase from Ouros!! Their product quality is well below standard and they do not resolve any product quality issues. Instead, they gaslight and work to actively remove or hide negative reviews. This is why you don't see any negative reviews on Google, which is misleading for consumers. Purchase at your own risk - you will not get your money back if you have any issues!

We are truly sorry to read your comments and want to clarify the situation for transparency. Your custom order was completed and shipped in March after you approved the preship video. Upon receiving it, you described the ring as “lovely.” We first heard of any concerns more than three months later, in July. At that time, we immediately asked for photos and a written estimate from your jeweler so we could review and help. Before we were given this information, the repair work had already been carried out and fully paid for without our knowledge or approval. Because the work was done independently, reimbursement was not possible. However, we still offered you a full purchase price refund — even though the request came well beyond our 30-day return policy and after alterations had been made by another jeweler. We do not remove or hide reviews, nor do we “gaslight” our customers. Our reviews on different platforms come directly from genuine buyers. While we understand your frustration, we stand by our commitment to resolve issues fairly when given the opportunity and proper information.

The product received was just as advertised. Frequent communication was also provided on the product production. I was fearful at first that I was scammed on the purchase due to poor English grammar, but this is a legit business. Please hire someone with better English skills for your US customers.

Thank you so much for your honest feedback and for trusting us with your purchase. We’re happy to know the product met your expectations and that our communication kept you updated throughout the process. We truly value your suggestion regarding English communication for our US customers, and we’ll take this into consideration to improve our service. Your trust means a lot to us, and we look forward to serving you again.

In August 2024 I received my custom diamond ring and in February 2025 I already had to bring it in for repairs after a diamond fell out, all the prongs needed tightening at that point as well. In May 2025 I purchased a pair of earrings and after waiting a month for them to be made I received the approval email, and was informed it was actually only half of a pair of earrings, nothing in the listing stated it was a singular earring. They refused to refund me and refused to ship it until I bought the second half. Customer service provider was so rude and cruel. A month after receiving those earrings one of them broke and the diamond fell out and the earring got stuck in my ear and I had to go to a piercer to have them break it open. Ouros has pretty diamonds but the quality of the jewelry is poor and the customer service is awful.

Communication with this company was fabulous. I got emails throughout the process. The bracelet looks absolutely gorgeous. I will definitely recommend this company to purchase jewelry from.

Ouros was very nice and informative on the process of my cross necklace. They always kept me informed and I appreciated that so much! My final product cross necklace was beautiful 🤩 and I was VERY HAPPY!!! They informed me all about the shipping of my necklace. And I was very pleased with the whole process. I definitely are going to use Ouros Jewelry again. No doubt in my mind. Awesome experience!!!!

Absolutely gorgeous 5ct tennis bracelet in 18 ct white gold. Impeccable service. Stunning stunning piece. Vijay happily accommodated my request for a hidden clasp rather than a double butterfly. Amazing experience!
