Horrible, claimed they would reimburse me for shipping a return back and they never did. Stay clear!

Found Ouros while doing research on lab created diamonds, and they were highly recommended. I had some questions and wanted some customization done, which Harnish was great at making sure all my concerns were addressed. From start to finish, the process didn’t take very long. About 3 weeks from initial conversation to delivery. Very satisfied with the product and quality of work.

I ordered some earrings that were on their website 2 months ago, and they gave me a turn around time of 2-3 weeks. They sent me the CAD a couple days later which I approved right away. After about a month I went on their website and looked at the listing again and saw that they had dropped the price of the earrings by almost a whopping $1k. I asked if they could give me a refund for the difference between the new much cheaper price and the price I paid, since the earrings weren't ready yet and they refused. 2 months later and the earrings still weren't ready, so I asked for a refund, which they refused to give. I ended up disputing the transaction in Paypal and getting my money back that way. Definitely won't be using them again.
