The company provided great communication throughout the process. I had large (just over 1 ct each) lab grown diamond stud earrings made for my wife. I received confirmation messages, drafts requiring my approval, then pictures and videos of the diamonds with the IGI certificates for my approval. As they went for assembly and later polishing, I received messages and then a wonderful link to the final product video. The next day, I had shipping information and tracking numbers and in less than a week from shipping, the product arrived via UPS. I would happily purchase from them again. The value and service are absolutely outstanding.
