The entire process is deserving of five star review. From the time I ordered, I was kept informed of the process as we moved through the different stages. Once the stone was done, I was sent a video for my approval. Once the stone was shipped I was provided with all the necessary tracking information. I received the stone today and am very happy with the stone and the entire process. I have no hesitation recommending Ourous looking to purchase a Lad Diamond. I reached out to Ouros for some custom cut matched trapezoid stones. After some correspondence regarding sizes, estimated carat weight and particular dimensions we agreed on a price and estimated time of delivery. I paid the additional fee for the IGI certification, which I am glad I did as this just confirmed the quality of the stones I purchased. I am really happy with the stones, the jeweller I have dropped them into reports they look well cut and very well matched to the centre stone I already have. I appreciated the communication via WhatsApp, I was updated at every step of the process. The delivery was within time frame, with a tracking number that worked all the way from their stone cutters in India to my front door. I will use them again for future loose diamonds as I feel their product is of the excellent quality they claim and I had really good customer service.
