PawradeReviews of pawrade.com

My experience with Pawrade was very positive. Although there was a minor mix-up, which was not Pawrade's fault, the overall process resulted in my adoption of a wonderful puppy who is loving, energetic, and delightful. Holly Noyes was wonderful, responsive and very patient, Lois Krahling was informative and a joy to work with. I would recommend Pawrade to others seeking to adopt a pet. Given the prevalence of fraud and deceit in pet adoption, Pawrade provided a secure and straightforward process. Thanks Much Pawrade!

Every part of getting new puppy was fantastic. From the website to the people texting and helpful phone calls to get all the details right, to the puppy delivery experience, it was top notch!

I really appreciate all the help in finding my perfect companion. The staff was very kind and responsive to questions and concerns would definitely recommend. Thanks again.

It was a good experience. I was kept informed and I received my puppy on time.

Our experience with Pawrade was flawless. We are very happy with our puppies and could not ask for better babies. Thank you!

Our pup arrived clean, alert and happy. He took to our family immediately so we could tell he was loved and cared for. Thank you to all involved for the great communication along the way, answering all of our questions and making us feel secure during this process. We asked for a video chat so we could see the pup in action and this was set up quickly and efficiently. As a first time user of Pawrade and this type of process, it was simple, transparent and everything went as expected. We saw our vet the other day and our pup has giardia. He is being treated and we expect a full recovery. Coincidentally I got a phone call from Pawrade the next day just checking in to see how everything was going. I mentioned giardia diagnosis and they told me to submit receipts for reimbursement review. It’s nice that they followed up to check on how our we and our pup were doing. A few words of caution. Our pup is jumpier than expected and it doesn’t seem like he was introduced to many different sounds. We also expected more on the puppy potty training since we got him at over 12 weeks old. I’m guessing that the breeders are only going to highlight the positives lol. What can’t be denied is the adorableness and cuteness factor. He’s the exact pup that we were hoping for. Most important to us is that our pup is a very happy and healthy looking little guy. Thank you Pawrade for linking us with the perfect puppy for us.

Pawrade was fantasic to work with. Communication was also fantastic. If I had a question, I'd always get back to me in a very reasonable time. My Shiba Inu is absolutely adorable, lovable, and gives me so many kisses if I was ever in need of another puppy, I would definitely go through them again.

Everything was so professionally handled. From start to finish.
