Overall things went very well. I was connected to the breeder to ask specific questions which really helped, and my puppy was exactly as described and what I was looking for! We have had a seamless integration of our new family member into our home and we love him dearly! Breeder kindly met me at the airport, too, and it was nice to connect in person. Pawrade had some really good team members, too, that helped me with questions and arrangements.

Everything was fantastic. It felt like a risk spending so much money for a puppy so far away, but the transaction went very smoothly. The communication was excellent throughout the process, and even though they were coming all the way from Missouri to Washington state, the trip only took a few days. Most importantly, our new puppy arrived healthy and happy and had clearly been well taken care of on the trip. Thank you so much to all the wonderful folks at Pawrade for making this such a great experience!

I would say overall our experience was amazing and we love our puppy! The only negatives that I can possibly identify is that we were denied any kind of discounts on the purchase, even though specials were running at the time of purchase, and she came in the middle of the night, but we have a healthy and happy puppy! Truthfully, a year from now it won’t matter, so long-term we are happy! My children are four and six years old and they are absolutely in love!!!
