I stumbled across Pawrade in my search for a new puppy after the loss of my fur baby. They made the process so easy, and it was abundantly apparent that the company had the puppy's best interest in mind when arrangements were made. I appreciate the constant contact I received while awaiting my puppy. The ability to have my puppy driven from Arkansas to Maryland was a relief. My puppy is well adjusted even after only a day in his new environment.

We had a completely awesome experience on Pawrade. Any question I had through the entire time was quickly and informatively answered. I highly recommend Pawrade! We love our pup and can’t be more happy!! 😊

Lois my customer service person was so friendly and answered every question. Our transport person Christien was wonderful and additionally stayed and answered question. I will recommend Pawrade.

they are very though, they will not just give anyone a puppy. The service is top notch and someone is always there to answer any questions. Lois our rep was amazing!

Everything was great till Ashly she is rude, unfriendly and don’t listen she talks down to you and really should not be in this business. On the other hand Tara K was great if all of the people that worked here was like her you would have 5 star all day every day
