My experience was fantastic everyone one from the sales department, to the customer service to the puppy conceirge, to the puppy express dispatch and even the drivers were all fantastic. Everyone answered all of my answers. Even if I thought they were silly no one made me feel that way. I got updates when I asked for it and when I thought I wasn’t getting an answer fast enough they inquired for me and got the results I was waiting for.

My experience with Pawrade was flawless all the way. Our new puppy arrived happy and healthy and exactly as described on the website. Customer Service was readily available and responded promptly with any questions, although they were very thorough with information and instructions.

Thrilled! What an easy and joyful experience. We lost our beloved Bulldog of 12 years to old age and Pawrade made getting our new family member so easy. Can’t thank you enough!

I had a TERRIBLE experience with Pawrade. Sometimes I would call, and the customer service people were nice and sometimes they were not nice. Rude & impatient. but I thought "Eh, what does it matter? As long as I get my puppy?" I drove from Colorado to NY state to get my puppy and while I did get the puppy I wanted, the breeder was awful. I called them 20 minutes before my arrival. It took the breeder a long time to answer the door, with various family members peeking out at me through the front door window. I heard no dogs barking & when I was finally let in, I was awkwardly left in their living room for over an hour, with various family members periodically peeking in to gawk at me. I did not feel comfortable at all. Then I finally did get my puppy & he was wet, someone clearly have given him a quick bath but it made me question whether he was in a pen somewhere, with his brothers and sister, lying in their filth. It was very clear to me that this was just a way to make money to them. I was told to please follow up letting them know how to the puppy was doing or if I had any questions. I did email when I arrived back in Colorado to let them know the puppy was doing ok. never heard back...ever. I brought my puppy to the vet and the paperwork included a microchip number that did NOT match the microchip inside the puppy. All & all, it was a terrible experience, and I would not go back. I would not recommend going through them. Spend the extra time, money & do your research and find a reputable breeder yourself. UPDATE- I wanted to provide an update in response to Pawrade’s recent claim that I am some kind of “activist” attempting to damage their business. Nothing could be further from the truth. That accusation is not only false—it makes an already disappointing experience even worse. I was a genuine customer who paid over $3000 for my puppy, and everything stated in my review actually happened. I’m not part of any movement, and I’m not here to push an agenda. I simply wanted a Golden Retriever puppy and chose to go through Pawrade. I am not opposed to adoption—in fact, I think it's wonderful when people choose that route—but I personally decided to purchase a puppy. Finally, NO WHERE in my previous review did I mention or persuade someone to adopt a dog instead. So for them to claim I am an activist is not true at all. For Pawrade to dismiss my concerns by labeling me an activist rather than addressing the issues I raised is petty and unprofessional. If I could give them zero stars for their lack of accountability, I would. Their response has ensured that I will never do business with them again. This is not an attempt to harm their business. Ok so full disclosure. I never write reviews...like ever. I have to make an exception for Pawrade though. This was one of the best experiences I've ever had getting a new pet. I'll admit that I was skeptical at first. I've never bought a dog without meeting them first. But there's always a first for everything I suppose. I have always wanted a golden retriever. There's just something about the breed that I love. So after getting scammed on Facebook I did some research and found Pawrade. I found a puppy I liked so I sent them a message to ask about him. They were quick to message back and seemed happy to answer all of my questions. After I purchased my puppy they constantly kept me informed about the status of the process. Each message was sent personally by a real person and not some computer generated response. I was surprised when some of them gave me their cell phone numbers if I needed to get ahold of them after hours. They took care of all the legwork between me and the breeder which saved me a ton of time. I didn't have to do much at all. They sent me the documents I needed through email so all I really had to do was schedule a pickup time with the breeder. The breeder was also fantastic. We talked for about an hour or so about dogs. This was obviously not a puppy mill. He took great pride in what he was doing. Wonderful guy all around. He asked if we could exchange phone numbers so I can send him some pictures of the pup growing up which I was totally on-board with. Again, he actually cares about these dogs. It was a positive experience from start to finish. I now have my dream dog and could not be happier. I will 100% use them again and recommend them to anyone.
