Each person communicated with amazingly. Was notified when changes occur. When relooking for the puppy they went back to breeder to see if he was still available and he was. Only thing was I thought concierge was traveling with him . And an agent at cargo gave him to me. Otherwise, the experience was good. We were excited to met him and have him home

Pawrade was very easy to use, make secure payments and communicated very well with me. They ensured my pup (now named Gronk) was healthy prior to shipping him. He seems to be happy in his new home.

I received my Shiba Inu puppy 2 days ago from Pawrade and would not recommend or use them in the future. You are better off making direct contact with a breeder, not sure what I was thinking! 1. You have 0 contact with the breeder and it's impossible to verify whether your puppy is coming from a puppy mill or not. My dog came from Missouri, which is the puppy mill capital of the nation. All you have to rely on is their word and whatever they say on their website. 2. I was told that my dog had to drive to me because it's too cold for him to go by plane. The entire shipment process is totally sketch. Pawrade refuses to tell you the name of the shipping company they use and claim it's because they use different companies depending on the route. The delivery drivers did absolutely nothing aside from drop my dog off. There were no photos, no notification of when stops were made, and my dog smelled like cigarettes when he arrived. On top of that, the delivery drivers had the nerve to ask me via text for a tip. Yeah, right!! 3. When I expressed that I was uncomfortable with this, they told me okay you can fly out and drive to the breeder but we will not refund $100.00 of what you paid due to credit card processing fees. What an absolute joke! If these people truly cared about people being comfortable with the transaction, they would not nickle and dime you like this. 4. The entire experience was very impersonal. No one called me to check in on my dog to see how he's doing. This company simply wants to make the sale and move on, which is pretty sad.

My initial experience with Pawrade was great. There was a constatnt dialog between myself and Pawrade. Closer to the delivery date I did reach out to 2 people that I had been dealing with on questions regarding the puppy food and the sugar supplement but NEVER heard back from either of them. On the eve of the delivery I received a txt with the ETA delivery time. It was at that time when I realized the puppy was being delivered via transportation van service travelling approx 1600 miles. I was never updated that the puppy was no longer traveling via plane which is what I initally paid for. The next evening I received constant contact with the driver to let me know his ETA. It was raining when he arrived and I was handed the puppy which was wrapped up inside his coat. I also received a folder with the puppies paperwork. When I previously spoke to Pawrade I was told that I would receive 3 days of food and a few other goodie things for the puppy. I had also sent a request 2xs to get recent pictures of the puppy. NONE of the above happened. It almost gave me the feeling that once my transaction was complete the books were closed.

What an awesome experience!!! Pawrade customer service is fabulous!!! The Breeder was wonderful and so very kind and knowledgeable! The Transport Team took great care of the precious passengers and they were wonderful! Thanks so much Pawrade for making us very happy “ puppy parents “ We are thrilled!!
