Customer service excellence in all respects. Looks like we got a really smart little poodle. He’s assimilating well into our family. After only one week, who would know that this little guy sleeps in his doggie bed in our master bath adjacent to our bedroom. There is a security gate to keep him in place, but not a peep out of him from 10pm to 8am the next morning. He’s about 90% housebroken now. What a great little guy!

As I wrote on my company review, this is my second time using Pawrade. The first time was flawless. This time two issues, although the day after his arrival, I was directing someone to the website with my two experiences in mind. My first issue is that the 18 weeks old, long hair dachshund were not the smooth dachshund taken when he was younger, or so it appeared to me. Second, flawless delivery was less so when, on Monday, I couldn't get a confirmation of Monday delivery. The weather has been horrible, so I would have been fine with a delay: I just needed to know.

Fantastic experience beginning to end. We could not be more pleased with every step of the process in finding, purchasing and getting our puppy home. My initial contact was with Amber who was not only friendly and patiently answered all me questions, but also extremely professional and made sure I understood the entire process. The follow up with others, including Emily Wood, Reagean Simmons and the drivers, Greg and Josh was timely and excellent. We were aware of what to expect and our expectations were not only met but exceeded. The Breeder also needs to be complimented for raising a loving, sweet and well-adjusted puppy. The transition to our home has been almost seamless. Our puppy's arrival on Thanksgiving day was fortuitous and gave us one more blessing to be thankful for. From the initial purchase of our new puppy till he was delivered, the Pawrade staff was excellent throughout the whole process. The lines of communication were always open and they supplied all of the necessary information plus more about our new puppy. They kept the process simple but informative which was perfect for us. Also, the delivery of our pup was quick and he arrived happy and healthy. The driver was very friendly and kept in contact with us as he was getting closer to our location. We are so happy with our new puppy and will recommend Pawrade to anyone looking for a puppy of their own!
