PawradeReviews of pawrade.com

We've had a wonderful experience with Pawrade! Communication was excellent every step of the way, and our pup arrived healthy, happy, and on schedule. After delivery, we received a follow-up call to ensure we were pleased and that our pup was doing well. Although she is not our first puppy, we were very impressed with the extensive information provided for new puppy owners. We highly recommend Pawrade!

We reserved a puppy weeks in advance of picking him up. We made arrangements to drive 20+ hours to pick him up, and when we were less than 2 hours away from the meeting spot to get our puppy, we got a call from Pawrade that our dog was sick with a respiratory infection and could not travel until he had finished with his 7 day course of antibiotics and had a clear vet check. We were devastated as we could not wait a week before having to be back home. Kelly from Pawrade worked with us and found another puppy just 2 days older than the one we reserved and the same breed/sex/color that was less than an hour from our original meeting spot. We were sorry to have to let our original pick go but couldn’t be happier with how things turned out. Our little guy is everything we could have hoped for. We are very grateful for the professionalism that Pawrade has shown, not wanting to relinquish a sick pup but also doing everything they could to make the situation right.

We’ve worked with Pawrade twice now and it’s been exceptional

The communication from representatives to group text with pet nanny service. My pup arrived safely.

Pawrade. Wide choice of puppies. Need guidelines for Flight Chaperones and Breeders. Flights scheduled by Chaperones should be scheduled for puppy pick-up no later than 10 pm. Breeders should be required to provide a new, soft travel kennel that new owner can transport the puppy comfortably and safely home in. My tiny chihuahua is a happy, healthy baby after a long, disjointed trip from Chicago-Denver-San Francisco. Trip started 4 pm Central Time 10/7 ended 9:30 am Pacific Time 10/8.

They were very helpful in coordinating and answering questions when posted. Fantastic experience!

The entire team from Pawrade made the purchase of our puppy so seamless. They were so supportive every step of the way and quick to answer any question we had. Kathy even called a week after we received our puppy to check in and see how everything was going. She even offered some helpful suggestions to help training our pup. I highly recommend Pawrade!

We have just begun to follow this site. We find it to be very trustworthy and knowledgeable. We will soon be in the market for not one but two puppies. We have our sweetheart puppies that are nearing the end of their road and as long as they are not hurting, they will be here, but if we’re very close and so we wanna start looking because we will be ready to make a new home for a new puppy as quickly as we pass one on. What joy they bring to our lives and we are so grateful for these precious animals that God has given us.
