Thank you so much for your review! We are so happy you trusted our process and that we could ensure you had all the information needed to make this very big step. Speaking of big steps, did you know that the Cairn Terrier have unique paws? They tend to favor and lead with their left foot and have larger front paws with more padding than their rear paws. This trait was purposely bred into them to help with their duty of vermin digging. Pretty cool, huh! We are wishing you and your adorable digger, Caesar a lifetime of fun and happiness. 💙🐶💙 Pawrade Team

Hi Anthony, We're sorry that you feel your experience is less than 5 stars thus far. We have been communicating and responding both in written and in verbal communication with you since your reservation date of the 4th of December and although our responses may not have the answers needed immediately, they have been timely in explaining what we are waiting on. We did offer a Zoom meeting with your breeder on the 8th of December that was left unanswered and have tried to arrange this again, which you have respectfully declined. We will certainly make the effort to arrange this again if you reconsider and would like to have this done. We are happy you are excited to be receiving your Yui soon and hope when all is finalized and you have her in your arms you will see this as a great experience. Pawrade Team

Thank you so much, Michael. Lenni and Aron are some lucky pooches for finding their paw-fect furever home that kept them together. They will be sure to spoil you with all their love. We are pretty positive these little boys are getting their fair share of spoiling too. We are wishing you many years of that and lots of puppy kisses to boot. 💙🐶💙 Pawrade Team

Thank you for the feedback and review, Mr. Mogensen. We're sorry that the notification on your sweet puppy's condition was done within a short time before travel, however that falls in line with our breeder regulations to ensure all puppies are seen and receive a full head-to-tail visit securing the puppy is fully reviewed and cleared to go in transit. Once we were alerted to the hernia, we called you to make sure you knew and were ok with this pre-existing condition. We included a $200 refund to cover any surgical costs that may be incurred by this minor condition. We pride ourselves on being upfront and transparent on any and all conditions with our puppies. We would never want a puppy parent to be surprised, however we can only inform you once we are made aware which in this case, was upon full completion of the total review of the puppy. Our policies and procedures along with the Health Guarantee are geared towards our Puppy-First approach, putting the puppy's health above all others. It is to ensure that the puppy provided is fully vet checked and provided a body review and to make sure our clients are fully aware of all issues, if any. Our Health Guarantee backs that up if anything is missed. Kinsley's Health Guarantee will still be in place for the full 3 years for any undetermined issues that fall within those guidelines. We are unclear as to why you felt you were on the "hook" to make this right. We hold our breeders and our company accountable, so we pre-emptily gave you a $200 refund to cover the costs associated with this station should the condition not correct itself. This is typically around $150 additional for this procedure to be surgical repaired when spaying. We thank you again for your feedback and review, however as stated, we would never send a puppy out without ensuring your awareness, and with your signed Pre-Existing Condition form and the acceptance of $200 for this condition, we considered this matter closed and properly resolved. We do hope Kinsley is acclimating well to her new home and wish you all well during this holiday season. Pawrade Team
