PawradeReviews of pawrade.com

Pawrade was excellent. They are very attentive to their puppies, well animals. From the experience I feel that they really do care that the animal is safe and cared for as well as the owner is properly informed.

Amazing from start of the process of thinking to buy a puppy, matching us with a puppy, paperwork, transportation, to receiving our puppy

The process of buying and receiving our miniature schnauzer was very easy. There was always someone available to answer my questions about the process. Our puppy seemed well taken care of on his journey to us as well. We love our new baby and would use this service again!

I am surprised at all the negative comments about Pawrade. From the start to finish, Pawrade was awesome and answered every question you could imagine when purchasing a puppy without meeting it. Ours arrived happy, healthy and fits in perfectly with our family, she completes us. I would use them again and again. I would look into the Breeder next time.

Our first experience and the journey has been remarkable. Tara, Destiny, Jade and also Tyler with Furry Freight have been amazing with communication, updates including Photos. Very informative and pawrade showed that they sincerely love and care for the puppies! We highly recommend them and already have to our family and friends!!! Thank you all so much!

What an amazing experience my family is in love with Lukas. I am so happy I have listened to my kids. The process was effortless

When I first called, jenell was very accomidating and patient helping us pick out the right puppy for us. She answered all our questions, reguardless of the time or day. She and pawrade got everything organized including travel. I had a bad experience with air travel for a rescue before and was concerned willing to make the trip myself to pick up our new puppy but she calmed my fears with info on the transportation team. I was kept up to date on all progress from the date if pick up, updates along the way. Pawrade gave me information on the puppy's food, health, microchip, vaccines. They were knowledgeable and informed. I still was concerned for the transition of removing maverick from all he has known and made a special request of a blanket rubbed on his mom and siblings to smooth the transition and it was given to me and worked amazingly so. The transportation team arrived and the driver was well organized in giving me the paperwork, professional, informative of mavericks care during the ride. The puppy was clean, active and well cared for. The entire process from choosing, answers, transportation, transition everything was top knock and trust, in this day of automation is not achieved often!everyone was professional, personable AND.... even followed up with a how is it going follow up call!!!. 10 stars. The best thing I can say is thank you for bringing our perfectly matched baby to us to join our family. He is doing AMAZING!
