We're sorry you feel as we are a scam, our reviews clearly prove otherwise. We would like to take this time to set the record straight. Please keep in mind every call with our company is recorded and saved as is every written correspondence.
On 8/21/21 your fiancé placed a deposit in the amount of $630 for the puppy named Blueberry, with the remainder balance of the puppy due on 9/2/21. Your breeder provided new pictures on the day you reserved your puppy, 8/21, and again on 9/1. On 9/2 your final payment was not received, we tried to work with you however your account quickly became past due. We continually tried to work with you to avoid cancelling your purchase including extending the payment date. Finally, on 9/12, 10 days after your payment was due you stated you would pay the balance if you could see the puppy on a zoom. We informed you that same day the breeder could set up a zoom for the morning of 9/14. You were not happy with this and decided to cancel your purchase on 9/13. The only amount you ever paid was $630, once you decided to cancel, you were given a partial REFUND of $299 as that was our cancellation fee at the time. You were informed of the cancellation fee and your fiancé’s response was:
"Okay sounds good thank you TJ. I'm so sorry. I really really try and want blueberry. I am sad but it just isn't the right time I guess. I hope you find a wonderful home for him"
Your puppy was held offline for 23 days with half of that time in the delinquent state. We tried to work with you to push the payment date back to give you more time and worked to set up the zoom call to ease your concerns. Unfortunately, you simply decided to dispute the charge with your credit card company. You were indeed sent to collections as you signed a binding contract agreeing to the cancellation fee. The amount of $331 that was retained was a fair and equitable fee as your puppy was held offline for over 3 weeks. To clarify some additional misinformation, we never demanded $1,000 just to see a video, your payment was well overdue before you even requested a video/zoom.
**EDIT: Once again you are spreading false information. We did not pull the money back from the breeder, you disputed the charge with your credit card company who automatically pulled the funds back. Your only payment to us was completely refunded by your credit card company.
