You have a great website and service. Two areas of feedback: 1) payment in full is hard on more expensive pups, and some banks don't let you put more than $2k per day on a debit card. I would recommend you allow deposits, AND bring in a partner for payment options. Such as Affirm. 2) your staff is inconsistent with rules and details. I was told by one women that should would not give me the breeders info to protect their privacy. But I was doing local pickup, so the transportation team provided all the info I needed. Just extra work on my end to be talking to people saying no, and other saying yes. Thanks!

Pretty smooth process. I think the company could do a little better with communicating at times. Otherwise we are very happy with our new puppy!

Pawrade.com was the best group to work with. The process was fast easy and within a week I picked up Sarge. He is adjusting well and very much Loved already. I recommend Pawrade for anyone looking for a pet.

Piper, our new family member is such a joy to our hearts. Pawrade made it easy and the customer service as very caring. I think next time for the transport service (with another company-not part of Pawrade) I would do flight rather than drive. Flight would have been one to two hours rather than 3 days driving. Pawrade though is one of the best services I have used.

Entire process was pretty easy. A lot of communication. Very happy with our sweet addition to the family. Puppy birthday was different than advertised-by 5 weeks-but was not a big deal to us. Looking back I should have had pawrade confirm all details with the puppy breeder to ensure everything was as advertised. I did find it really hard to find a vet to see the dog after 72 hours of getting it-called/emailed over 25 different vet offices as soon as adoption was confirmed-ended up going to a walk in vet. Would do everything again.

Excellent customer service and staff was amazing to work with they were very patient and kind. I was nervous at first but would recommend them to anyone. Everything went as planned and pick up was smooth.
