That is your opinion. I contact you again this past week and was assured a return call to discuss BEFORE I put in a review and told them that is all I would need and if no call, I would be putting in a poor review…. I will send trustpilot a copy of the call logged on my phone. Update: Still have not had a personal phone call from this company. And yes Devlyn sent me $300 as he felt terrible about this situation, not Pawrade. The fact remains that We were told that the breeder was removed and that is it a requirement of the breeder to get a medical clearance BEFORE the day of pick up. Again,per your own staff, this doesn’t happen because of your so called requirements. I will not change my review, only caution someone in advance to do you homework and make sure you have the information that you are told you will get BEFORE getting your puppy…… I am writing this after an experience I had with several of your team members. I felt better after all the issues were handled initially until I decided to try your company again and was utterly taken back. I had been working with Devlyn to get a puppy in Missouri. Puppy id#F4E918. As well as, Sandra and Lisa the travel liaison. I had a zoom meeting with Sandra and the breeder to ask questions on 10/04/2021. All questions were answered and we all agreed, with Devlyn and Lisa as well, that pick up would be 10/07/2021. I would have to drive over 8 hours, So I left at 0400 that morning. At that point, I still did not have the information needed for the breeder. I made several phone calls to obtain the information that should have been provided to me by this point. As well as important information needed about the puppy to prepare and have things ready. When I was about 20 minutes out, I received a call from Lisa stating I could not pick up the puppy today. The breeder did not take the puppy to the vet until that morning and she had coccidia and the vet would not sign off. After a comedy of errors, including an inappropriate text from Devlyn, I was told by Sandra that the breeder was fired and they would not use her again because of her actions. I was told I could wait 2-4 weeks so the breeder could get her treated ,then pick her up. Well, she was just shy of 10 weeks old and already 17 lbs. that is not what I was looking for. My money was returned. After getting beyond this very upsetting situation, I decided to try to look for another this past week on your site. Much to my dismay, Hazel was back on your website. I feel like I was lied to and feel like there was a bait and switch. I emailed and called management to discuss and no one has got back to me. I would definitely not recommend this company.

Excellent from start to the delivery!!!! If I ever get more puppies I know where to go!! Will recommend to anyone!!!!!

I had a great experience with Pawrade. Everyone was accessible to answer questions and my puppy arrived healthy and happy.

I would use pawrade again if I was to get another puppy everyone was very helpful every step of the process my puppy was delivered to me in great shape even though it was a long flight she was taken care of every step of the way

Pawrade has been wonderful to work with on our journey to get Zoey, our goldendoodle! She is absolutely the most adorable dog! You have been a pleasure to work with and a very reputable company!
