PawradeReviews of pawrade.com

We are absolutely thrilled with our experience with Pawrade. Once we picked our pup, it was smooth sailing after that. Devlyn even set up a facetime with us & the breeder so we could meet our girl in the first couple of days! Kayce stayed in direct communication with us throughout the entire process & helped us understand each step. Kayce sent us pictures when we were feeling a little impatient about her getting here. We were so grateful & it helped the time to pass!! Her travel companion kept us updated with pictures as she made her way here as well! We re so incredibly happy with our entire experience start to finish.

Outstanding service! Everyone was knowledgeable and very helpful. I had been looking for a while and stumbled upon Pawrade and was impressed. From start to finish I had complete trust in them. I now have an adorable red/white Boston that has been with me for 3 days and is perfect. Thank you Pawrade for being the best!

Whole experience with Pawrade has been amazing so far, from the first day I got on the phone with Gabriel and his help on reassuring me about their service, to the follow up calls and information from Morgan and all the staff, until I got my beautiful puppy, now named Anakin. The only challenge I had was with the delivery/carrier company as communication was not always clear, and the final delivery was a little bumpy, but at the end we got Anakin safe and sound and he is perfect. 100% recommended.

Great service, great puppy. Only one day and Darcy is already so easy with us.

Trust The Process…. My puppy Shilo aka Sailor to Pawrade is everything that I thought he would be when I first saw him with his sable parti coat and big eyes. This was my first experience with buying a puppy online and disclaimer for people with OCD just trust the process and don’t run yourself crazy like I did lol - I literally caused myself more stress than necessary. Big thanks to Tania, Kayce and Shannon (hopefully I didn’t make you pull your hair out 🙂) even though there was a slight miscommunication about travel all my questions and concerns were answered timely. I’m so thankful that I was able to communicate with the Breeder as that was an awesome experience! I received pictures of Shilo’s mom and dad and when Shilo arrived he came with all the necessary documents and more! I used the Pampered Ground Travel and even though it was late the Nanny was professional, calm, and explained everything to me so it was an awesome experience! I definitely appreciate Pawrade and will tell others about this service and if I’m ever in the market again for another puppy I would buy from you again! Thanks Pawrade

I was extremely skeptical about purchasing a puppy online, so I did a ton of research to make sure this company was legitimate. The process can be lengthy, which is understandable. Employees were very helpful. Only thing I didn’t like was that I got different answers/interpretations of the health guarantee from every single person I spoke with. We also for the life of us can not get into any vet before the 72 hours, but it seems we got a perfectly healthy puppy so over all we are happy! Renee, the travel coordinator was great, we weren’t able to have our puppy fly due to temps being too high, and she was empathetic and professional. She was able to set him up to travel by ground, and he got here 24 hours later. The ground travel company was great and responsive. You can also track where they are on the road at all times which was nice. Only negative is puppy showed up very dirty/smelly despite them saying they had bathed him but wasn’t a big deal, I gave him a bath. The first day he was very sleepy due to being tired from the trip, now he is a happy little ball of energy!

I’m very disappointed the puppy I received was not in fact the puppy I picked from. The color of the puppy was much darker face different ears longer as cute as she is but the dog I received just wasn’t the one I paid nor picked from I’ve left messages via phone and computer. They also said she was microchipped yet I received no number for her. The fact that I didn’t get the correct puppy is a HUGE problem!

Pawrade was wonderful! Great communication and walked us thru every step. Would use them again.
