From the very begining of my search for a payroll company I knew that Paycom was going to be our new payroll company. The sales representative was knowledgable and interested in helping me with my payroll needs. Once on board, the sales representative along with the NCS Specialist made sure that they could delivery everything they promised. I would highly recommend Paycom not only for their product but for their people.

Zack Castillo contacted me & stopped by to introduce himself as our new Client Relations Representative. His fun, outgoing personality made it easy to talk to him. He expressed interest in AST as a client and things that Paycom could improve, as well as on a personal level talking about OKC Thunder and other sports. It had been some time since someone from Paycom had stopped by, so it was nice to see a representative in person again.

I strongly caution you to stay away from this company! The not-for-profit company I work for contracted with Paycom. As soon as the contract was signed, we discovered they made no fewer than 4 material misrepresentations that affected the price, the product they promised, and the service we received. They charged thousands of dollars for services they never performed, and when we terminated the contract and asked for our money back for non-performance, they refused and then ghosted us. Extremely unprofessional. It is unconscionable that a national, billion-dollar company would retain a fee from a small not-for-profit that works to improve the lives of vulnerable children, for a service they did not perform. Shame on Paycom.

Paycom is really great at simplifying the HR experience. As with any implementation, there will be hiccups, but this has been one of the best implementations that I've experienced. The team has been great to work with and responsive as a whole.
