PERGOLUX USAReviews of pergoluxshop.com

The Pergolux is a great product. Very sturdy, we've experienced 90 mph winds with no problem. The installation went perfect. Two year later we couldn't be happier, We get compliments all the time from neighbors walking by.

We have had this unit for several years, and in fact have moved it twice!!!! First, to receive it and the number of boxes was a bit overwhelming at first, but upon unpacking everything and getting a feel for the components and the "nuts and bolts" of the structure it was a fairly straight forward construction experience. The engineering was a marvel and it did take a few trial and error steps to figure out just how close and precise the engineered tolerances were. It was initially installed as a carport, and after a few months we moved it to a new location. We moved it in one piece by placing each of the six legs on individual furniture moving rollers, and with the assistance of six young men, we literally and slowly rolled the structure to a new location 30 feet from the original site - all on concrete. Subsequently we decided to again move the Pergola from the front of our residence to a paved patio at the rear of our house. As this required movement across a lawn, through a fence, and across another expanse of ground, we disassembled the unit and transferred individual pieces to the new location. The disassembly and reassembly was a seamless process and was accomplished over two weekends - our schedule. Other than a few adjustments on getting the beams into the correct slots, the reassembly was relatively painless and it is now in it's permanent location, looking as great as it did the first day it was installed.

Speaking with Nicholas Lipka at Pergolux Sales made the entire experience wonderful. He is very knowledgeable about the product and we compared different models and found one that accommodated my price range. This is the 2nd Pergolux Pergola I have ordered. I would order again, if I needed to.

Love my new pergola! Wish it had adjustable posts, or offered in different heights. Also, wish it either came with, or a connection for a motor to open the slats were offered.

The pergolux is great and beautiful. Appears sturdy and have not had any issues with pergolux (this is our second pergolux). The instructions are extremely poor. The video helps but there seems to be different instructions with subtle differences (and yes I had my correct model). Once you get through the frustrations of the instructions and it is built, you'll love it

Wonderful end product that we are very much enjoying. A great addition to our backyard retreat that we are glad we found before committing to a standard pergola. Our only issues were with a few missing parts and a more difficult assembly than anticipated. It took a while to get the parts. Despite a ton of assembly resources there were still a few unclear issues. Customer service was helpful. Don't let those minor issues stop you though, the finished unit was worth it.

We received our Pergolux pergola on time, however, when we received it, the shipping company had damaged multiple pieces. The customer service at Pergolux was fantastic and rush ordered replacement parts to be delivered and replaced immediately. Assembly was straightforward and the quality can't be beat.

We have truly enjoyed our Pergola. The installation crew was great. The whole experience was well worth it.
