Great product; went together easily and is very heavy duty. Everyone who sees it loves it. No issues during the recent Nor'easter. Took a while to make the decision to purchase it and have no regrets.

No regrets - the best feeling! Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, Stevan!

These pergolas are very easy to assemble and very durable. We had a pergola raising party where seven of us neighbors assembled two of the large size Pergolas faster than the YouTube team. They also withstood winds of 120+ miles per hour in hurricanes Helene and Milton. I love my Pergolas.!

Wow. So much to unpack here. Congrats on the pergola-raising party! Sounds like a tradition that needs to happen regularly. 😂 And hurricanes - that's what we're made for. 🌊🎖️Thanks for sharing your experience and recommendation, Doctormermaid!

The Pergola is great and pretty easy to assemble. Our delivery was painfully slow. The pergola sat 15 minutes away from us for two weeks and Pergolus kept laying the blame on the delivery company, which they hired. I finally threatened to cancel the order and they got active. The boxes were delivered a half hour later.

Thanks for sharing your experience, Jimmy. Sounds like we had a little disconnect on the delivery for a hot minute, but were able to rectify and come out strong. 💪 Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to take care of things. And very happy to hear you love your PERGOLUX!

Materials are solid, directions were great and we are so pleased with this new outdoor space. No more sun in our eyes. It’s so wonderful to be outside longer each day.

I purchased the Sundream pergola and expected to have it in a couple weeks, which ended up being several months. I must say, the wait was worth it. It’s beautiful and well made. I absolutely love it! The motorized roof, LED lighting, a heater are nice touches. I, also, purchased the wood privacy panels—Not sure it’s worth the expense, but overall this is a beautiful addition to my backyard.

The pergola is great. It works well, looks awesome, and is built to last. You can tell there was a lot of thought engineering this thing. The only issue I have is the “2 capable people can build it in 3-4 hours” part. It took me a weekend for the structure, itself. Not to mention another 2 weekends sanding, staining, and sealing the wood wall we purchased. What does that say about me?

It says you're a detail-oriented person, Mike! 😉🎉 We do recognize that install times can vary - depending on the size and accessories purchased - but ultimately, are pleased to hear that you have your unit up, looking awesome. 🤩 Enjoy!

I love the pergola, it is very good quality and definitely adds to my back yard enjoyment, What kinda bothered me was that after two weeks the controller started to malfunction. I did get a replacement but I had to pay $300 for my handyman to take the pergola somewhat apart and replace it. Just seems to me that for something like this you should of covered the cost.

Hi Mark, Thank you so much for sharing your feedback. We’re very happy to hear that you’re enjoying your pergola and that it’s been such a great addition to your backyard. We really appreciate your kind words about its quality. We’re sorry to hear about the issue with the controller and understand how this must have been frustrating. Since our pergolas are designed as DIY (do-it-yourself) products, installation or repair-related costs aren’t included in the purchase or warranty coverage. That said, we’re glad the replacement part resolved the problem and that your pergola is back to working as it should. 🤩🙌 We truly appreciate your understanding and your time in sharing this experience—authentic customer reviews help us continue to improve. Warm regards, The PERGOLUX Team

I did a lot of research on pergolas during our yard remodel - very happy I went with Pergolux. We get so many complements from everyone that comes over. Not only looks great but functionality works well also - electric louvers, heating lamps, etc. Pergolux team was very helpful with any questions.
