This is a great calling app. The voice is super clear and there's no lag. It works very well and the rates are great too for India and Pakistan. However, the rates are not so good for UAE. I wish we had better rates for UAE as well, however, it is cheaper than most of the other standard services. They also have a good customer service. Would recommend.

Hi Sunita, Indeed in-app purchase for your Voice Credit balance with PhoneClub is only available for the Android app, and not the iOS app yet (PhoneClub app). If you plan to recharge someone else's prepaid number, your mom's or someone else's (online and in a few seconds), we suggest the MobileRecharge app, our partner. Thank you for trusting us!

I am very unhappy about the quality of the connection. There are constant beeps which make communication quite unintelligible at times. If you are providing a service, customers should be able to use it at least.

Hi Manon, The service has been tested, and it's working fine now, so here are some options to avoid such connection issues: -Please star rate the problematic calls. The option is available in your account call log, and that will give the chance to control the quality of your calls; or simply get in touch with us when it happens, to flag that route for your: https://phoneclub.com/contact - There's also the option you use PhoneClub app, and if you instal the latest version for free, you have Offline Calling option from the app. This means you can call without using any Internet connection, yet you also have the option to call from the app using a good WiFi or your cellular data. The idea is you have more back up or solutions. Hope it helps!
