Hi samantha, Thank you for letting us know. Since you're using the app to call, the quality relies 99% on the internet speed of the network you're suing (WiFi or celular data). The app is working fine on our end, we've tested it and can confirm that. So, here are some solutions: 1. Please install the latest version of the app. 2. You'll see a new option in the app: Offline Calling. Please enable it. That's a great alternative to call from the app when your connection is bad. You'll thus avoid connection issues, because the feature initiates the calls via an access number. But don't worry about that, just explaining how it works. Would be good if the call isn't just cut of at the last second when credit runs out. Maybe a voice can notify one a minute before hand.
