Pipe Works Services, Inc.Reviews of pipeworksservices.com

P ipe Works came immediately and solved my problem. The fee was very fair and the technician, Lloyd Joseph was great.

Mario was very knowledgeable, however place where he works is very expensive. It cost me about $3200 to replace my water heater. Also, I thought I was getting Reem 75 gallon tank but they gave me different brand tank. They didn't do good job cleaning after the job was done. Also when they talkedo about warranty, it was very misleading. The warranty only cover parts, not labor. The warranty they sale comes from water heater manufacturer not from their company. Please do your research, before calling them. I also didn't receive my receipts from their work and I also didn't received any call from township about permits and inspection.

I had a need for a new heating system for domestic hot water and for my baseboard heat; I went with Pipe Works based on online reviews and I was very pleased. They installed a new tankless hot water heater along with a storage tank and did it in a few days. They did a beautiful job, and the system works great. There were a couple problems with one of the baseboard zones, and it took a few tries to get it fixed, but it was never an issue getting someone to come over to take a look at it. As an added bonus, everyone I dealt with was incredibly friendly!

They were very professional. They were also patient and answered my questions thoroughly.

I am very pleased with the timely response of Pipe Works to my call for service. We have used Pipe Works for years and from smaller jobs to major equipment installation. They have never failed us. Chris, the technician on this job was very professional and represented your company very well. He was helpful in guiding us to methods that provide preventive maintenance. He is another example of why we are loyal to Pipe Works. They are the best!

We needed to have our sewer pipes relined, and we selected Pipe Works for this work. Their prices were quite competitive for this service, and they had good reviews and apparent experience with the technology. More importantly, they did a very good job of explaining what they were going to do and when they were going to do it, and then proceeded to deliver on their promises. The work crew showed up right on time, explained what they planned to accomplish each day and provided periodic updates during the day. They took care to minimize the damage to our landscaping and property (which is no small feat when you need to dig a giant hole in the front lawn). Overall, we were very satisfied with Pipe Works; they were professional, effective and efficient. I would not hesitate to contract them for additional services in the future.

Pipe Works relined our sewer pipe which was cracked and leaking back through the foundation inside our basement. From the video camera done before and after to the actual work performed, we were able to avoid excavating outside our house and we now have a new seamless pipe from our house all the way to the main sewer line. Mike Tapia who did the evaluation was very professional and the team doing the work (Nick, Dwight, Ramon and Malik) was efficient and clean. Altogether we were very pleased with Pipe Works.

Charlie and Malik were great. The insulated our crawl space and did fabulous job. The job was done professionaly. They were very polite and answered all my questions. They left the basement clean and took away all debris. We were very very pleased. Thank you Charlie and Malik.
