My outdoor light still does not work. I wish he would have looked at it. One of the three lights worked and that was enough but my problem was not solved.

Some of your staff members are excellent (competent), e.g., Phil (electrician) and Wil (plumber) but not everyone impressed me in terms of their tasks. We kept some if your engineers/technician and I hope your receptionists will send us by our request. Barbara was also a good receptionist.
