PuppySpotReviews of puppyspot.com

PuppySpot was great! They answered any of my questions in a timely manner and were very helpful. Thank you!

I had a wonderful experience with PuppySpot! The communication throughout the process was clear and professional, and the delivery went very smoothly. My puppy arrived healthy, happy, and exactly as expected. I didn’t need to contact customer service because everything went perfectly from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend PuppySpot to anyone looking for a reliable and caring service!

I was really worried after reading all of the bad reviews and thought I had made a bad purchase, but after meeting with my breeder and receiving my little dog, I could not be happier. I definitely give a five stars.

Puppy spot made the experience of getting our new puppy so positive. From the first phone call inquiring about our decision and choice of a puppy to having him arrive to our doorstep was amazing. Every person I spoke to was attentive and they answered all questions I had.

I've adopted 3 puppies from Puppy Spot and each and everyone of the adoptions have gone smoothly from giving updated information on the puppy to when, where, and time of pick up for the puppy. The staff was very helpful when I've called with questions that I had. I would recommend Puppy Spot to anyone looking for a puppy to love. I renamed 2 of my babies - Damaris is now Cozi, Joey is now Teddy, and my other little one's name is still Coco , but now spelled Koko.

From the moment of inquiry throughout the questions, final decisions, and proceeding with giving my choice puppy a new home, PuppySpot was excellent. Very attentive, took me through the daily process up to the day of delivery. Provided assistance when needed, and answered all questions. My choice puppy is a wonderful addition to my home and would highly recommend working through your choice breed with PuppySpot.

Everything has been wonderful! David Timpson at puppyspot was great, and Josh Westmoreland from All Aboard Transportation was the best ever he took such great care of him that was a very long way! The breeders have a great bloodline here and Nikki our new pup is doing wonderful, very happy and healthy, he has a vet check and chip coming Tues. Oct.21st! Thank you forever! We couldn't have done this without all of you, can't thank you enough! Lorrill Volk

I have been a loyal customer for about a decade. I have purchased four puppies (Mr. Merle, Sugar, Cade, and Echo.) The customer service is in a downward trend. The puppies are great but communication is lacking. Each and every time I purchase a puppy, I feel a major disconnect and feel that I am taken for granted. Your team does not seem to be performing to expectations. Not to mention, a requirement for pet insurance for the guarantee is prosperous. My late mother told me about you and she had purchased multiple puppies from you as well. I am not satisfied with your business and will look for other options if needed. The puppies were great (Mr. Merle passed away at ten years). In addition, the communication with the delivery of the latest puppy Echo was frustrating. Your company needs to evaluate and decide if I am entitled to some sort of refund on your behalf and not the breeder. I am upset and have learned my lesson dealing with PuppySpot. Great looking puppies but your company is looking out for yourselves and not the customer. I strongly suggest that anyone that goes through the purchase process to mark my comments and support my claim. The puppies are exceptional but the quality and customer support needs vast improvement.
