We had a positive experience .Pippa was in good shape when she arrived and had a very long ride Drivers kept us informed and arrived early. Drivers very nice.

Puppy was received with severe skin infection and bumps all over body. Took weeks and weeks to get reimbursed from PuppySpot to reimburse vet bills. Around 6 months old, puppy become food and human aggressive. Biting children. PuppySpot and the breeder refuse to take dog back to re-home. Dragging out the process asking for notes from a trainer even though the veterinarian provided detailed notes and a letter. Would not recommend PuppySpot. Deal directly with a breeder.

We found our puppy on puppy spot! Jordan reached out to help with concierge to assist with our questions and was extremely helpful with the process. He provided detailed explanations of what to expect and even suggested using PayPal credit for financing, which I had never heard of before. Once we made our decision, the waiting process was hard, as it took two weeks from the date of purchase to th date of delivery, but it was worth the wait. She came healthy and happy and our family is in love. We would recommend puppy spot to friends and family for anyone who is searching for new fur baby.

Too many emails. Got confusing. Delivery, insurance, check in, etc. Became spam. The delivery was scheduled for 4 am. We were prepared but did not show up till 5 am. I had to call to find out where they were. Finally, the puppy we received is not the sweet playful dog described. She is a loner, anxious and it has been difficult to get her acclimated. She seems fearful of women particularly. I would be unlikely to adopt this way again. Based on this experience, I would prefer knowing the breeder. I hope we can get her calmed down and trained but we are disappointed.
