She made it to us earlier than expected which made things more exciting. The staff at Puppy Spot are very professional and responsive to my phone calls. We are very happy with our new doggy. We get comment all the time about home beautiful she is.

Liz was amazingly helpful through the decision making and answered all my questions. The process went smoothly and the breeder told me to keep her number so she can answer any future questions for us. Which is awesome! The price tag is high, but worth every penny!

The Puppy Spot contact person was very knowledgeable and helpful however, there was very little information from the breeder and zero contact or questions allowed between us, which was difficult. The van that brought our puppy seemed sketchy. The drivers seemed a little shady and I got the feeling the travel was uncomfortable and traumatic for the pup. It was nice to receive a info packet from the breeder when our pup arrived, it felt more personal. I wish we had had that information from the beginning.

My overall experience was great. Everyone worked with was friendly and answered all my questions. When I meet my puppy, the concierge was great. Nice, informative and ensuring the puppy was all set for his travels back to his new home. Since I was new to PuppySpot, wasn’t fully aware of the process and steps. My only suggestion would to have better clarification, especially if someone is using or looking to use finance options.

We are so happy to have our new family member in our home. He is such a delight and we can tell that he is the perfect fit. Chip is our first pet and he came to our home so well mannered. Puppy spot is a great company and they are very helpful during the adoption process and delivery of our puppy. I would definitely refer them to others.

The puppy was a wonderful, well adjusted dog and communication with the breeder was great once they put us in touch. Communication with PuppySpot, however was very poor. It seemed like they didn't even read my emails. I told them this when they asked for my feedback and they never reached out to me to discuss.
