We have gotten two dogs from PuppySpot Shannare (Shanna) and Sheela both the same breeder and we got them 2 months apart. The dogs are awesome. We liked our first puppy so much we got her sister two months later. Both puppies are happy and healthy and a wonderful addition to our family.

First time buying a puppy through this company. I thought I was being scammed nearly the entire time. Knowing I had forked out so much money before receiving my pupp was not fun. It would be more comforting to put down a non refundable deposit initially until you receive your dog then the remaining balance owed upon arrival. I did not like I could not contact the breeder myself because it was a bit hard to communicate to consultants via the puppy spot app. Most times they were not available. I did not get my puppy on time due to breeder not talking her to pre flight check up on time so that delayed her arrival by a couple weeks. Therefore she was much bigger than originally pictured when we received her. The punch to the stomach was picking her up at the airport after flying from Chicago to Florida. She was never taken out to stretch or to have her kennel cleaned. So she was curled up in a ball in the back of the kennel traumatized, scared, filthy and smelled horrible! We had to pry her out of the back of the kennel. I cried seeing her conditions. We never put her back in the kennel after that. We had to bathe her twice to remove the odor. It took her 3 weeks to trust us and get used to noises around the house. Just be prepared to deal with this if your puppy is flying. They fly in the cargo area of the airlines with your luggage. Whether or not it's temperature controlled I am not 100% sure though I was told it was. Do your research first. If I had known one of her stops was NC, I would've drove to the North Carolina airport an picked her up myself. However, I didn't get much information as to where she was leaving out of etc. That information was not available to me until after flight plans had already been made. I also never saw who the parents were or much of her surroundings. I did receive her vet paperwork when she arrived so that was comforting. While I'm very happy with my golden retriever pup, who is now 4 months old, I will never buy from puppy spot again.

Bought a puppy from PuppySpot. Promised door to door delivery at time of purchase. Instead, had to drive hours to a location in the middle of nowhere at NIGHT. Also should note, after we received the paperwork from our PuppySpot puppy, we contacted the breeder and bought another puppy from the same litter directly from the breeder for 1/3 the cost of the heavily marked up PuppySpot pup. By the way, the breeder had her delivered to our front door!! Buy from a reputable breeder instead of PuppySCAM!!!

Everything, was wrong from the start! I was lied to on every occasion that I had a phone coversation. The emails went unanswered. Then, when you call them in the lies they say I misunderstood. When, the fact of the matter is, I had a witness so that there was no confusion! In my opinion, they should never be allowed to BROKER puppies. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON LIES

My experience with Puppy Spot lived up to my expectations and more. The only negative experience I had was I was asking questions on chat a lot of the times there was no response. I love my little dog but I feel that the breeder did not provide any training at all. Getting a puppy a little over 3 moths old I would except there to be some behavioral and potty training but it doesn’t appear he had any. No matter how hard I try I can’t get my little Milo to go to the bathroom outside. This is very frustrating.

When we received our puppy, it had kennel cough. it is unclear if our puppy caught the kennel cough at the breeders or in Transit. Recommendation to all puppy buyers: If your puppy takes more than one day in transit to your location, then demand to wait to have the puppy shipped via air travel. Eliminates any question of where the puppy was exposed to kennel cough (or other wellness issues). Note that the airlines require a high standard of health certifications pre-flight before allowing puppy onboard . Other than receiving our puppy sick, the experience with PuppySpot was a 5 star affair. You do receive the quality of service that you pay for. Just remember to all new puppy owners, if your puppy has to travel more than one day in transit, make sure you insist on air transit, far less traumatic then 2 - 3 days on the road in the back of a van with other dogs.

From start to receiving my new dog the experience was amazing. Very professional and beyond my expectations. I'm very pleased with your service.

Puppy spot did an excellent job providing service and delivering our sweet mandy mini pin! I really liked that made a central delivery spot. Was less stressful on the puppies and quicker receipt. We compared to another company that dropped at individual homes and took two days on the road vs one. Thank you puppy spot!
