This was our first experience with a puppy broker. It was hard to get charged the full price up-front and then wait for a month with very little contact from puppy spot for our puppy. Our puppy is wonderful, healthy and cute, though.

It took a while to receive our puppy. Communication was not great. We love our new addition to the family. Her name was Indie, we named her Reba. She was born August 10th of 2022. She is darling, loving and energetic. She is a healthy happy poodle and gets along well with our 10 yr old Weimaraner

PuppySpot exceeded all expectations. Such wonderful experience from the compassionate sales rep to the delivery coordinator. We felt reassured the entire time while waiting for our 5 week old puppy to grow old enough to travel to us. The puppy gift basket was full of perfect essentials as well to help the puppy feel right at home.

I love my new puppy. However, some things you should be weary about with PuppySpot - I began the process in late October/ early November and had my puppy by mid December. There is little communication regarding the vet visits with the puppy & breeder which in my case resulted in 3 separate days where I took off of work to pickup the puppy only to have the travel cancelled. The puppy I initially selected seemed to have medical issues and while I appreciate them wanting to give happy and healthy puppies, they could have let me know sooner that I should pick a replacement instead of having me waste my PTO days 3 separate times. The customer service was lacking, they always tell you to reach out via the app and that people will call you in minutes but it’s more like 24-48 hours. Plus, when I received my new puppy, she had a double ear infection which I had to pay out of pocket for. So despite loving my new puppy, I can’t say I would use PuppySpot again in the future.

I wasn’t able to filter the area for a puppy so she came from Indiana (we’re in Texas) and the transport personell was surprised at how big she was when they got her out from the back of the truck which tells me they never let her out on a 18 hour drive… also not sharing any information on the breeder before you purchase is a little fishy to me. It’s not like they’re cheaper than getting a puppy directly from a breeder. Overall left me with a bad feeling unfortunately.

Everything was PERFECT!! Brad helped me with my purchase, SASHA, Great Dane Brad was caring and thorough, EXCELLENT Sasha was on time at the Airport, very easy Transition I LOVE my New Puppy, Sasha PUPPYSPOT "bar none" Can not say enough of PuppySpots Excellent's ❤️
