Changed from Verizon to Reach about a year ago. WAY cheaper. Can't tell the difference in connectivity, but I can in customer service. Reach is very quick to respond and very helpful. Customer service is excellent.

I needed help setting up a new phone. it tood several days, but the reps were very patient with me. They had several approached to the problems I was having. I got everything set up perfectly. They were great!

Best decision ever to leave Verizon and come to reach. Costumer support replies within minutes, 5% or something like that goes to of my bill goes to charity. Exactly same coverage as Verizon but without the hassle. Thank you!

Freeda, Anita, Syanne Have all blown me away with their knowledge and expertise. Fabulous! Please commend them & if I could, I'd send them each a bouquet of flowers with the money I'll be saving moving from my other carrier. Please if you have any employee programs please please please include then so they get a gift from reach for working so hard and being fabulous at the same time!

Their support was very good. I made a mistake setting up my phone initially but they walked me through fixing it and were very responsive. Reach was much better than the carrier I switched from who was very slow with responding and not overly helpful.

First time on website. Very user friendly. Great customer service... I needed a couple of things clarified and was given the option to connect with a human rather than computer. Within seconds I was corresponding with Lakhi who answered all my questions. HIghly recommend this company!
