I waited six hours for Verizon to release my number and finally used Reach charline. Kiran quickly discovered the problem and provided clear instructions to follow on Verizon's website. She provided outstanding service which I deeply appreciate. Thank you, Kiran!

We think Kiran is pretty amazing too! Although six hours of waiting is insanely frustrating, you're over the hump and here for good (we hope!). Thanks for choosing Reach and calling on our awesome team to help you along.

Anita assisted me with porting which turned out to be somewhat difficult and she stayed with it and got it all done thanks Anita

Hey Michael, sometimes porting in a number is more difficult than we'd like it to be. It helps to have someone (like Anita!) there to help things along. Here's to smooth sailing ahead now that you're at Reach!

I called Reach mobile and their customer service is excellent! They answered all my questions. Their web site is very user friendly. When I finally decided to switch to Reach mobile I signed up on line. I received my SIM card about a week later(USPS is a little slow these days). I followed all the instructions and never needed to call customer service for any assistance. Really easy and fast process even for the old grandma that I am. My phone service and reception is the same as V. Reach uses the same network. No disruption or dropped calls. Wish I would have know about Reach a long time ago. Saving lots of $$$!

Rosemary, we hear this ALL the time. Better late than never, though! You've hit on all the major perks of Reach: USER-FRIENDLY sign-up, EASY activation, FRIENDLY support, big SAVINGS, and awesome network QUALITY! We just disagree with one thing: you are obviously a COOL grandma, not an "old grandma" :) Welcome!

Anita was extremely patient and helpful. She was able to troubleshoot the issues that I was having in moving through the activation process, and also was able to navigate the porting of my mobile phone number from my old carrier to Reach Mobile. All all of your customer representatives are highly responsive and helpful, especially when compared with the experience I have had with other companies.

Even though we've designed our activation experience to be super easy to navigate, sometimes questions come up. (Especially with those hoops the "old carriers" make you jump through!) When you reach out to our team, you're sure to have a helpful human to guide you through. Welcome to Reach, Charles!

This chat experience was great, even the automated part. When I spoke to a person, she answered all my questions. Very happy with the experience!

Our chatbot Jade is quite helpful, but she's nothing compared to our real team!! Glad that both options answered your questions and left you smiling :)

All went great moving my land line to Reach. If I needed a little help or had a question, real people were there for me. Responses were quick. Thanks.

Hi Robert, that's so exciting you're able to get Reach-quality customer service AND keep your landline number that you've (probably) had for years. Welcome to Reach!

As usual, Rania was able to help me. I had a problem logging-in to my account, but it was resolved easily. Reach Mobile has the BEST customer service team I've ever dealt with. So happy I switched!

Being on a first-name basis with the customer service team at your mobile provider?? Unheard of!! Not only is Rania helpful, she's a pleasure to speak with too. We're glad you're getting the quality of service you deserve!
