I was extremely frustrated until Balvinder stepped in and found I had put in the wrong SIM card! Stupid mistake on my part but she figured it out and now life is much better! Thank you!

I had a wonderful conversation with Kiran to get a few questions answered about changing from the V to Reach Mobile. This young lady knew her stuff and answered every one of my questions but one that was just a bit too technical to have on the top of her head. She was absolutely wonderful to work with and convinced me that I will be signing up with Reach shortly.

I greatly enjoyed the support I got when I made a mistake during the activation process. Went extremely well and had to have been the best experience I have ever had with a customer service rep. Virtually no wait time, I mean at most 2 minutes. And they stuck with it and remained extremely professional as well as driven to help me solve my problem. Great start. Hopefully this is the start of a long term partnership and I recommend everyone to give it a try.
