Great honest company. Ed Badrak answered all my questions and fears about a reverse mortgage. I highly recommend him and RMF. If you want peace of mind in your golden years, just do it.

i rarely leave reviews but first i want to say that Lisa A Napolitano was wonderful! when i was just about to quit, she saved the deal and took care of me and stayed in daily contact with me...i am very thankful for her..she is very patient and acted in a professional manner but you knew she really cared about you at the same time..i am a realtor so i know how important that is...on the other hand i have been very disappointed at times with this company ..in the first 45 days of my loan i had no paperwork and very little contact with the loan officer britt and then jason was helping me but when i expressed my disappointment and frustration with the way things were going and the fact that i had no paperwork..i was never contacted from him again...then lisa took over...being the processor she went above what her job is to do...anyway as of yet i do not know anything about my money that is to be ready in a year...i am told i will get something in the mail...you really need to realize this is a very big step for a senior. there needs to be so much more patience and hand holding in this...i am one of the young ones..but i can imagine someone in their 70's or 80's having to go thru this...i am thankful everything worked out ..thanks to lisa and to much prayer...but would i ever use this company again? unless there are some very real changes to customer service and the training of the loan officers probably not.so sad...i was very excited about this....and over all...it was a very very stressful transaction...but could have been so much easier and less stressful if britt and jason would have done their job and had more kindness and compassion. this is not just a loan...but there are very real people on the other end that need to be treated with kindness and compassion. ..jan redlands

Dan and Jason were knowledgable and helpful through the complete process of procuring all the documents; getting them faxed and then signed. Their patience with me getting the exact form kept me at ease and better able to keep working at it. I'm very pleased. Thanks guys!
