They were great until it came to the end, mom had moved to nursing home, we are trying to sell the house but after 41 days they still will not respond to a valid purchase and sale. They keep saying you should hear in a few days. We can never speak to the same person, many unanswered emails.

Everything was going great except we did not get phone updates; especially towards the end. This made us a little nervous abut when we were going to close.

Found RMF a great company to work with. They were very professional and kept us well informed through the process. Without hesitancy we would highly recommend them. Andrew Colamartino and Jason Lynch we’re an outstanding team for us to work with.

Carol Miller has excellent customer service and clearly knows how to work with seniors. Being hard of hearing she was patient and respectful. Prior to our first visit she clearly understood my needs and was prepaid when we first met to discuss my options. I never felt pressured. She never tried to over sell a product that i did not need. Although, we experienced a few delays throughout the process Heather Nelson and Carol Miller were outstanding in keepings the process on schedule.

They do what they say they will do. Their accounting is impeccable. The staff are very helpful, knowledgable, and good to talk to. I would use them again in a heartbeat. They have the process for reverse mortgages down solid
