Gary was such big help on the reverse mortgage. He answer all the questions I had and some didn’t think about. He was very knowledgeable on the mortgage side. He was a great person to deal with from from the beginning to the end.

We wanted a line of credit with flexibility and convenience. After our initial contact with RMF, my sister passed away and we were in a bit of disorder. After approximately one month, Kathryn reconnected with me and we resumed the process. Joe was assigned to visit us at our home and returned to finalize the papers. All through the process, both stayed in touch with us. The numbers in the initial proposal were factual and true. As a retired CFO, I'm very good with numbers and the numbers were good. It was a pleasure to work with Kathryn and Joe and with RMF. All were true to their word.

I found in Gary Upchurch a person I could trust to take me and my husband through a process we knew nothing about. He provided us with direction, tools, patients and within a short time an amazing program that made our retirement a dream. Don’t know what we would have done without our new friend for life.
