We were very happy with the service provided by Joe Walker and Jason Lynch. We appreciated that the notaries came to our house with the paperwork and guided us through it. The only small frustrating action was the deposit of our initial payout was placed into an account of ours that we did not indicate as the destination.

We have no complaints other than the number of signatures we had to sign and the notary did not explain what we were signing. I had asked him too do so and he would one or two and seeming to be in a hurry, we didn't want to be a delay. In his speed, he did have to come back the next morning to get our signatures on a paper he had overlooked.

Representatives answered all my questions but could have followed up after the Reverse Mortage was closing.

Tom Hammond was great. We closed without incident and everything was explained in great detail. It would have been a 5 star review however whoever was in charge of getting the appraisal done in a timely fashion dropped the ball. This caused a delay in the closing and the necessity to add a lease before close to our sales agreement. Not Tom's fault.

The transaction was concluded more speedily than I had expected once we signed the documents. Once the property appraisal procedure was completed, the final approval of our application was issued almost immediately, which we highly evaluate and appreciate. All the agents and representatives were very friendly and confident in guiding us through the whole procedure. When we saw our long time debt with the bank cleared to zero, we felt so refreshed and supported by this reverse mortgage system. The direction where we are heading for the rest of our lives became so clearly shown. We are very happy to be in good hands! Thanks, every one who has worked for us.
