Went in for scheduled maintenance. Quick & responsive service advisors at this dealership. They provided a video summary of the inspection results & an online version of the detailed results. Overall, communication & Customer service from Glen was good.

Very friendly and efficient service people. And I didn’t have to wait very long. And when I was trying to find my car, a very kind service person found it and pulled it out for me. Very helpful since it’s difficult for me to get around.

Appt at 8 at the collision center, didn't get an estimator until shortly after 915am. Counter associates kept insisting i should get my rental cart 1st. Why that matters, v they couldn't explain. Finally got my car dropped. Called 3 days later, no response. Called 4 days straight and no response until the 5th day. Furthermore, tried calling 3 managers and even the director, still no response. This place has gone downhill very quickly since the demise of Rick Case. How sad!
