Everyone’s service was amazing very helpful I would definitely recommend the team to someone else

I had a good experience. However, when I went to pickup my car, my advisor was on the phone; he was not talking to another customer. I know it because of the theme and tone of voice. I did wait 11 minutes! Until I knock on the vinyl to tell him not to forget that I am waiting for him. My experience would have been better if he had put his call on hold for one minute, to give me my papers so I can go to the cashier to pay.

Typically I het great Service at Rick Case. I have been a customer for 18 years. This time I felt that they did not care about me.I got on time for my apointment at 8:20, and a girl asked me to wait for Walter Chavez. I saw him charting with another person, at 8:40 he came out but he was going into another direction, I asked him if I would be serviced and thrn he turned to my car. He was not nice, I think he was training someone. They told me that it would take 90 minutes. One hour later Walter came to suggest alignment and other services and it would be ready in 90 more minutes. He offered the shuttle snd explained that they will call me. At 11:40?(almost 2 hours later) I called but Walter was not around. At noon, I called again and the recepcionist said they needed 45 minutes more. I asked to talk to a Manager and left my phone, then Walter called and explain that they eould start the alignment and it eould take 45 minutes. The msnager called me, I explained that I was upset because I did not even get a courtesy call to rxplain my car would take more time I oocked up mu car at 1:40, Walter did not even apologized, I felt he was making me a favor.

I went to the dealer for my oil service on my 2017 Ridgeline and they go above and beyond to make you feel home. Mr Waldo was great with me and my family and service was done very quickly. I would recommend 100% for everybody to come here! Will definitely come back! Thank you!

Another person was supposed to take care of my van, but said he was too busy and couloo d not be bothered. Stephanie Quiros was more than happy to help, got everything set up quickly and efficiently and made the whole experience enjoyable.

Very quick service and no pressure for any other service.
