I was having trouble with my car, turn out it was the battery definitely. Hounda was kind enough to pick up my car from my house to give it services it needed and return my car back to my house. Was very helpful because i had to use my husband car to go to work. Came home to see my car already for me to drive. Thank you Honda!!

Really impressed with the service department at Rick Case. I had an appointment for a problem with my Android Auto on my Pilot and was well attended to by Tony Pereira. Everyone I spoke to was helpful. Although I bought my Honda somewhere else, I'll likely be bringing it to Rick Case for any service.

Paul Browne and his sales staff at Rick Case Honda are second to none in the industry. Their level of customer service is spectacular from the second you arrive at the dealership. At no point in time do you feel pressured to purchase or lease a vehicle and if and when you do the process is seamless. I wouldn’t shop for a Honda, new or used, at any other dealership in south Florida. Thank you Rick Case Honda.
