Tony is kind and friendly. He recommended the next maintenance job, is thoughtful and professional. His service level is 5 stars; overall service that day was four. I waited 4.5 hours for an oil change and with an 8:30 am appointment plus had to cancel my 11 am appointment due to the delay at Honda.

Great service as always. I got my normal maintenance done, and late in the afternoon was told I needed brakes. They sent pictures to prove. They promised the car would be done that day and sent the 5:00 shuttle to pick me up. Turns out they were backed up due to a lot of cars that got flooded in the tropical storm, so I had to wait over another hour. I was not upset and did not ask for anything, but the service rep (sorry, I can't remember his name or I'd share) comped the oil change, and a $900 bill went to $780. That is customer service!!
