Top Notch Service
I had a wonderful experience servicing my Audi. I was greeted when I pulled up and Patrick did a fabulous job as my service representative. They even noticed I had a recall and said they would take care of it as well. The video of the technician reviewing what was done on my vehicle, actually showing me as if I was there, is an awesome feature!! They returned my car clean and all of my settings returned to the way I had them when I arrived. I was impressed with the level of service and the fact that they were so courteous. Means a lot as a customer.
