While he service person (Hugo) was excellent, I feel there is a serious issue with the car that lost its alignment and distroyed the rear tires. We feel it’s an issue with the car.

I did not have an appointment. Turned down car window & it wouldnt go back up. I appreciated the realistic wait time i was quoted. Window is fixed & as usual the atmosphere is pleasant. I have 1 concern Many of your employees walking round inside were not wearing face masks. Why not? As a customer, i wore mine. That was unsettling. And i cant believe I am the only customer who has observed this and is concerned.

i called customer service and explained to them the problem, when i received to the dealer i was surprised that they put different issue, and asked me to leave my car to do diagnostic to my car without giving me a loaner
