Our first accident.... and we didn't know what the process would be like. My wife and I had heard nightmare stories about insurance companies, long waits, and terrible repair jobs. I chose Rick Case Collision Center for the repair because we had purchased a different vehicle from Rick Case Honda and had been treated very well. Great choice. Every employee that we encountered was friendly and helpful. They met me at the door of the Collision Center and walked me through the process. They inspected our car, worked with the other person's insurance for the payment, helped me secure a rental car, and I was out within 30 minutes. They even kept me up to date with the repair status. The repair was done very well. The car looks great! They made the process stress-free and I would DEFINITELY recommend them for any repair need.
