Claudia has made my experience with leasing a new VW a very positive one. I felt very comfortable talking to her and felt she truly listened to my concerns. She was very responsive to my text and emails and made sure to get me all the answers I needed to make a good decision.

Farooq made our buying experience easy and enjoyable! Great service from start to finish from everyone my wife and I interacted with at the dealership! First Volkswagen SUV and more than likely not the last because of the excellent service we received from Farooq and the rest of the team over at Rick Case Volkswagen!

It was the very end of the day for the dealership and the deal was put through super fast. The service was great and Paul was extremely nice and made sure to work with us as best he could. I ended up getting a car that was supposed to be shipped to a different dealership and Paul was more than willing to make sure the deal went through and I was happy with my car.
