Alberto Verne is #1. Very professional, excellent customer service. Finance manager Howard Moss was also excellent. They took their time explaining things to me and never pressured me. My service advisor Walter was the best. My car was towed into dealership and he called to let me know it had arrived. He kept calling with status of repair. He was courteous, efficient and polite.
