Frank Penzo was my Service Advisor and he did a great job getting me in and out and got me a diagnosis on my wife’s 2010 Honda Fit. Although I’ve decided not to have the work done (new transmission), which would have cost twice the current value of the car itself, Frank was helpful in giving me good advice.
