Reymer Romero and the staff at Rick Case Honda are 5 STAR!!! Mr. Romero addressed all of our needs and concerns and worked hard to get the price we wanted that we just couldn't turn down. The fact he made us feel like family while we were there we knew there were no other dealerships to visit. He didn't just sell us a car, he sold us a partnership that ensures all of car needs for years to come are taken care of. Reymer is FIRST class all the way and I honestly look forward to when I need to purchase another vehicle because he is the 1st person I will call. Thank you Reymer and Rick Case Honda. We love the new car and we love it even more that it came from you!

Process for first time service experience was not good - check in took more than 30 mins, service took more than 3 hours and required service request was not done per appointment - may not back here for next service
